Design Review documents are found below. To submit an application, please download the appropriate application(s) to your computer, fill them out, login to TownSq, and attach the application(s) and supporting drawings and documents to a new submission under the "Architectural Review" menu on the left hand side of the screen. Note: this must be done from a desktop computer and cannot be done from the mobile app. Your application will not be considered complete until you have provided the filled-out application(s), supporting drawings and documents and paid the application fee. Associa will then promote your application to "voting" status at which time it will be reviewed by the DRC Administrator. Presuming the DRC Administrator doesn’t require additional information or clarification, your application will be reviewed at the next regularly scheduled DRC meeting based on when a complete application, or additional information or clarification, is received.
